Once in the morning and once at night.Using your fingertips to apply this oil free lotion will conserve product use! If you use the palms of your hands, they might absorb the moisturizer into the skin of your hands instead of making it onto your face.To apply the oil free lotion, use small circular motions, working your way from the center of your face outward and upward.Make sure when you moisturize that you get your ears and the back of your neck. They are parts of your face, too!Don't overdo it! A small amount of this oil free facial lotion is all you need.All Anthony products are highly concentrated. An amount slightly larger than a pea is all you need.If you are extremely oily, apply astringent frequently as needed to absorb shine
