How do I get discounts?

• You earn a discount each time you place an order over £25 (The currency will change for each country, click here).
• The first order you place over £25, gives you 10% off your orders for the next 6 months.
• The second order you place over £25, gives you 15% off your orders for the next 6 months.
• You can earn discounts by shopping at www.salonwholesale.com , www.themodernman.co.uk and www.calissa.com.

How do I use my discounts?

• You can spend your discount when you get to ‘my basket’ section during the checkout process.
• You can use your discount for 6 months after receiving the discount, as many times as possible.
• You can use your discounts on both www.salonwholesale.com , www.themodernman.co.uk and www.calissa.com.

Can I use my discounts to pay for delivery?

• You are unable to use discounts to pay for delivery.

How long do discounts last?

• Discounts stay in your account for 6 months from the time that they are earnt.

Do I still earn a discount if I have used a discount to pay for an order?

• You will still receive a discount for your next order if you have used a discount to pay for an order.

What happens when I return an item?

• The discount will be deducted from your account if you return an item.

How do I get to the next tier?

• Once you have placed your first order over £25 (find currency equivalent here)you will automatically be moved up to the Gold Tier.
• Once you have placed your second order over £25 you will automatically be moved up to the Platinum tier.

How do I see what discount I have?

• Sign in to your account and go to 'my account'.
• Go to your rewards and your points will be displayed under ‘Discount Summary’.

What happens if I spend over £25 when I'm on Platinum?

• Your 6 months will restart whenever you spend £25 on our website, within the 6 months of the previous £25 order.
